LaunchValid logo Apply to earn
For community hosts, consultants, coaches and small agencies

You already talk to founders who are about to build the wrong thing. Get paid when you send them somewhere that helps.

Introduce a founder to LaunchValid. When they subscribe, you earn a commission paid in three instalments as they keep paying. Live in a country Stripe does not pay directly? Join through an agency and still get paid.

Free to apply. No inventory, no quota, no upfront cost.

Your earnings, one referral

Pro plan
Founder pays month 1You earn $18
Founder pays month 2You earn $18
Founder pays month 3You earn $18
Total per Pro founder$54
If the founder cancels early, the remaining instalments simply stop. We never claw back money you have already been paid.

You give away introductions all week and get a thank you

If you run a founder community, coach early-stage people, teach a cohort, or take calls with people who have an idea and no plan, you are already doing the hardest part of the sale. Most programmes still find a reason not to pay you for it.

"I refer people constantly and earn nothing"

Your name is the reason someone tried the tool. The tool keeps all of it.

"Payouts are not available in my country"

You do the work, then hit a payment screen that will not send money where you live.

"They paid me in credits"

Discount codes and platform credit are not income. You wanted money.

"I will not push something I do not believe in"

Your reputation in that community took years. One bad recommendation costs it.

What you actually want

Real money, in your own currency, for introductions you would make anyway, to a product you can defend in public. Paid on a schedule you can see, with clear rules about what counts and what does not.

Introduce a founder. Get paid three times as they stay.

LaunchValid turns a founder's idea into cited research with facts and assumptions labelled, a prioritised action plan, wireframes and a clickable prototype, and vetted help with payment held in escrow until they approve the work. It is the step before they hire a developer. You get paid for putting the right person in front of it.

Step 1

Apply and get approved

Tell us who you are and who you talk to. We review every application by hand because your introduction carries our name and ours carries yours. Approved agents get a referral link and an earnings screen.

Step 2

Introduce founders

Share your link in a post, a DM, a workshop or a newsletter. Meeting people in person? Record their email on the spot and the introduction stays credited to you for 30 days, even if they sign up later on a different device.

Step 3

Get paid as they renew

Your commission is one month of that plan's gross profit, split into three equal instalments. Each instalment is released when the founder pays that month's invoice, so you can watch it land in your earnings screen.

Exactly what you earn, per plan

No tiers to unlock, no sliding scale, no minimum before you can withdraw. Here is the whole schedule.

Plan the founder chooses They pay You earn in total Paid as
Starter $43 a month $30 3 instalments of $10
Pro $79 a month $54 3 instalments of $18
Business $199 a month $141 3 instalments of $47

No clawbacks. If a founder cancels in month two, instalment three stops. What you were already paid is yours.

No cap. Introduce one founder a quarter or thirty a month. The rate per founder does not change.

Nothing to buy. Applying and being an agent costs you nothing at any point.

Three worked examples, using the rates above

These are arithmetic illustrations of the published commission rates, not a forecast and not a promise of earnings. Your result depends on how many founders you introduce, which plan they choose, and whether they keep paying.

The community host

3 Pro founders a month

You run a WhatsApp or Slack group for early founders and introduce three of them each month who go on to subscribe to Pro.

  • Month 1 collected$54
  • Month 2 collected$108
  • Month 3 collected$162

Instalments overlap, so a steady pace builds up. This assumes every founder keeps paying for three months. Some will not.

The consultant

A quarter of client work

You advise small teams. Over one quarter, two clients take Business and two take Pro on your recommendation.

  • 2 Business referrals$282
  • 2 Pro referrals$108
  • Total across the schedule$390

Paid out over three months per client, each instalment released when that client pays their invoice.

The agency

5 active agents under one roof

Your agency runs five approved agents. Each introduces two founders a month who subscribe to Pro.

  • Founders introduced per month10
  • Commission earned on that month$540
  • Released across3 monthly instalments

LaunchValid pays the agency as the seller of record. The agency pays its own members on its own terms.

The agency route

Built for the countries most referral programmes shut out

If you live somewhere Stripe cannot pay you directly, you can still do this work and still get paid. You join through an agency that is a Stripe-payable seller of record. LaunchValid pays the agency, and the agency pays its members.

The agency route was built specifically so agents in these markets are not blocked at the payout screen:

Nigeria India Kenya Ghana South Africa Egypt Pakistan Bangladesh Philippines Indonesia Vietnam Argentina Colombia

How agency payment works, plainly

  • Your agency applies and is reviewed on its own track, separate from individual agent applications.
  • Approved agencies enrol their own agents, who each get a referral link and an earnings screen.
  • Commission for every founder introduced by those agents is paid to the agency as seller of record, on the same three-instalment schedule.
  • Being straight with you: the agency decides how and when it pays its own members. LaunchValid does not adjudicate that. Choose your agency carefully, and agencies, treat your people well.

What is real today, and what is not yet

You are being asked to put your name on this. So here is the honest state of it, as of Friday 21 August 2026.

Live and working

  • LaunchValid is live at launchvalid.com, with cited research, an action plan, a concept studio, and an expert marketplace with escrow.
  • The agent flow is built and tested end to end: application, approval, referral link, disclosure to the founder, earnings screen, three-instalment payout.
  • In-person attribution by email with a 30-day window is built.
  • Our LinkedIn newsletter, Before You Build, reached 584 subscribers in its first four days, so there is real audience interest in the problem this product solves.

Brand new

  • The programme opened on 18 August 2026. That is days ago.
  • No agent has been paid yet, because no agent has been recruited yet. We are approving a small first cohort now and watching every payout by hand.
  • That means no testimonials and no case studies on this page. We will not invent them. If you join now, you are early, with all the upside and all the roughness that carries.

Not built yet

  • There is no commission today for converting someone who already had a LaunchValid account before your introduction. That is a known gap and we are telling you before you spend effort on it.
  • An agent seat inside a founder's own workspace, and clear limits on how much hands-on help an agent gives, are designed but not shipped.
  • We will tell the first cohort directly when each of those lands.

Why we are paying humans to do this at all

Because of the pattern we keep seeing. Founders who were walked through the product by a person subscribed and stayed active. A full week of unassisted self-serve traffic converted nobody. The missing piece was not a better landing page, it was somebody a founder trusts saying "start here, I will help you get through the first run." That is your job, and it is worth paying for.

This works best if any of these is you

You run a founder community on WhatsApp, Slack, Telegram, Discord or LinkedIn, and people ask you daily whether their idea is any good.

You teach or coach early founders in cohorts, bootcamps, workshops or one to one, and you keep repeating the same research advice.

You build for clients as a developer, no-code builder or design studio, and you would rather scope a validated idea than rebuild a wrong one.

You work inside a programme at an incubator, university venture unit or hub, where founders arrive with opinions instead of evidence.

You publish for founders in a newsletter, on LinkedIn or on YouTube, and your audience trusts what you recommend.

You run a small agency in one of the listed markets and want a way to put your team on commission work that actually pays out.

This does not work if you plan to spam links. Approval is by hand, introductions are disclosed to the founder, and an account that only produces cancellations helps nobody.

Straight answers before you apply

Does it cost anything to join?

No. There is no fee to apply, no fee to stay an agent, and nothing to buy. Your commission is paid out of what the founder pays us.

When exactly do I get paid?

Each of your three instalments is released after the founder pays that month's invoice. You can see the state of every instalment in your earnings screen.

What happens if the founder cancels in month two?

The remaining instalments are cancelled. We do not claw back anything already paid to you. You keep it.

Do founders know I am being paid?

Yes. The paid relationship is disclosed to the founder when they subscribe through your introduction. We think that protects your reputation rather than damaging it.

What if the person already has a LaunchValid account?

Today there is no commission on an existing account, even if you were the one who got them to come back. This is a known gap in a programme that is days old, and we would rather say so than let you find out after the work.

How does tracking work if I meet someone at an event?

Record their email at the event. The introduction stays credited to you for 30 days, so it still counts if they sign up two weeks later on their laptop at home.

Am I expected to do onboarding or consulting for the founder?

You are introducing, not consulting. Helping someone through their first run is welcome and tends to work better, but there is no service you are required to deliver. Clearer limits on hands-on help are being added.

What am I actually recommending to a founder?

A workspace that turns their idea into cited research where every claim is labelled a sourced fact or an assumption to test, a prioritised action plan, wireframes and a clickable prototype, and vetted experts with payment held in escrow until they approve the work. Founders start with a free assessment, so you can invite someone without asking them to pay first.

I am outside the countries listed. Can I still join?

Yes. If your country is paid directly, you apply as an individual agent. The listed markets are the ones the agency route was built to serve. Apply either way and we will tell you which route fits.

How many agents are you taking right now?

A small first cohort, so we can watch every application, disclosure and payout closely before opening wider. Applying now puts you in front of that queue.

Apply to the first agent cohort

Tell us who you are and who you talk to. We review applications by hand and reply personally. Approved agents get a referral link, an earnings screen, and a direct line to the founder while this is still small.

  • $30, $54 or $141 per founder, depending on the plan they choose.
  • Paid in three instalments as they renew. No clawbacks.
  • Free to join, no quota, no cap on referrals.
  • Agency route available for markets Stripe cannot pay directly.
Applying is not a job offer and does not guarantee approval or any level of earnings. Commissions depend on the founders you introduce subscribing and continuing to pay.
